wow laura thats fantastic, so i guess ull be in australia for 2009/10 maybe by then we all can save money to come visit u there.
obvioulsy im back from vacation its was great weather was soo good, i love all inclusive deals.
Ill be poasting my photos on facebook so u can all look at them there so hopefuly they'll be u p by today.

Well... I was rushing to go out on friday, as I was running behind schedule. In the midst of curling my hair with my new big barrel ceramic curling iron, I felt a little sting as it touched my ear. I was in a rush so I just kept curling cause I burn myself all the time and it usually just leaves a little pink mark. Then it was itching and irritating me all weekend and because I had forgotten about the burn I did not think of the connection. I just thought I maybe had some dry skin. By Sunday it was starting to really hurt and was killing me in the shower so I checked it out in a mirror. That is when I noticed the chunk missing. It was all red and swollen and gross. It probably got infected since I had made no effort not to get product on the open wound. Now I have this antibacterial cream that I have to keep on it. It seems to be getting better, and the skin is growing back a bit.

But how in the world did you not notice that a chunk of your ear was missing? I would think that would hurt somewhat...

Congratulations Laura!!! Sorry, I'm a little late in the congratulating. I've had a hectic couple of days. I'm good for planning whenever, just let me know where and when.

Also, as a funny side note, I was using my new curling iron on friday and didn't realize until today that I burn off a chunk of my ear.
