I don't have to work the next day now for sure, so I'm very excited about the 29th. Now we need to work out some details... How are we getting to oshawa? Are we sleeping there? It was mentioned that if chaz could drive we can meet at laura's. But I don't know if chaz wants to drive us. Or if he wants to get drunk or not. That whole "i don't get drunk" thing is a total lie. I saw the pictures from your formal, Laura--and chaz is definitly drunk.

On a side note: Laura, that dress you had on for your formal was sexy! I'd do you.

For your information Miss. Laura I have an exam on the 29th and then one on May 1st so i will be studying all that time, which is why i wont be coming downtown. However i will be with you guys on May 5th.

I'm pinning all my hopes on the box factory. If that doesn't work out I think I'll go to a temp. agency. Quizno's popped into my mind as well, sadly enough. But I don't think I could get enough hours there. You would be working at Quizno's and Roots right?

Good news everyone...I am finished exams, woot woot!! I think I might sleep all day tomorrow and then do a whole lot of nothing. I'm glad you're all in for the 29th, we're going to have soooo much fun. The place we decided on is called Seven Nightclub.

Laura, you are going to be very ashamed of me but I have no choice, so brace yourself for what I am about to write...I am considering giving Farhad a call or a visit to see if he's looking for some extra help over the summer. Roots isn't going to be able to give me the hours I'm looking for so...what's a poor university student to do...my excitedness of being done school has suddenly faded.

Thanks for the limo wrangling ways Ashley. Can you legally drink in a limo?

Thanks Ashley! You're the breast...I mean best (tee, he. God I'm hilarious). Thanks for going to so much trouble. I'm sure your friends hate us all now but hopefully on the 29th(or what ever date it is. I'm actually not quite sure) that I'll (and they as well) will have had to much to drink to care.

And some of us should be thankful that we even get to go downtown at all and not complain at how much the limo costs *cough* Jaclyn *cough, cough*.

I like deep auburn brown, I don't like purply burgendy. I think it probably looks very nice.
I can't believe it costs 35 dollars each for a full limo. I mean, I don't mind paying it--but they should have booked it with a different limo service. As for being able to go, Steve the store manager jackass is trying to tell me I have to work the open that I got rid of a month ago. But I decided I'm sick of his stupid ass bullshit, and if I can't get it off I'll quit. I was planning to go on leave to persue social work anyways, so I'll just lose my fallback. That is all.

Ok guys, it has been confirmed that I can bring four people: Jaclyn, Laura, Niamh, and Khaz which means that you all better be going. It's $35 bucks. The limo is gonna be picking us up and dropping us off in Oshawa at either Lisa's or Ryan's house so we'll either have to sleep over there or find a ride back to Ajax. I was gonna sleep over, but I don't know if you guys would want to do that so...it's up to you. And not to be mean, but I'll be really annoyed if anyone backs out cause I had to do a lot of bugging to get you all in ;)

Going back over her post though, the grammar isn't as good as I originally thought. There's not a period in sight (good work with the commas though Katharine!)

Katharine, to be fair, I don't think it was the knowledge of budgies that threw people off. I think it was the use of punctuation and correct spelling.

For your information Niamh that was me I know this stuff because Ive picked it up along the way, we did have some 40 budgies at one point so you learn a thing or too

Count me in for downtown Ashley. Would there be room for Khaz??

niamh they do need to have their nails cut if they get long, most budgies will use the cuttle fish/bone or a filing perch properly so that they stay shorter but if youve noticed that they have gotten particularly long y ou should cut them, you can use a regular nail clipper but dont cut too far down as you can hit a vein and it could bleed, if your really worried just take it to a vet and they can cut them.

Quick bird question for you Katharine. Do you know if budgies nails need to be cut? We have perch for our bird that is supposed to file its nail down but it doesn't seem to work cause the bird's nails are pretty long. I don't know if you know the answer to this question but since you own or have owned a lot of birds I thought you might know.

Ashley, I would also like to go on the 29th. If there is no room than don't worry about it, as I understand that I really should have gotten back to you sooner.

Ok, Jaclyn I know for sure that you are coming on the 29th but Laura you haven't said anything else about it. And is anyone else interested? I have dibs on two of the extra spots so far (I think there's about five extra spots). Lisa put us on the guestlist at Seven Lounge for 15 people and if we get there before 11pm (which we hope to be) we won't have to pay a cover charge or wait in line (well possibly a guestlist line, I don't really know). The manager gave her a number to a limo service which they have some connection with so she sent them an email and they're gonna get back to her on how much it will be. I'll let you know.
