So I hope we've all been watching the Olympics so far. Canada already has a gold medal in freestyle moguls. Good times. You should all be super excited too because my reading week is coming up. I can't wait for the delightful opportunity to sleep, sleep and more sleep.
By the way, what's the plan for Jaclyn's birthday. 20 is a pretty big birthday. So none of us will be teenagers anymore...

So I decides to watch That 70's show tonight for the first time this season. WHAT THE HELL?! It was pure crap. There's a new guy, who's not funny at all, dating Donna, Hyde's all married to some stripper and for some reason it all still takes place in Foreman's basement even though Eric is no longer there. Hmmm here's an idea: When the main character/actor of a show decides to leave, the show should end not continue on for another season without them because it is pretty apparent that the show will suck crap and make no sense once they are gone. Suck crap people!

Speaking of photos. I just looked at your photos of Russia you have on MSN Laura. I must say I was expecting Russia to be much more bleak. The Cathedrals and such are really pretty. Your dorm however, looks like a building you would find in the scary parts of Toronto. Your school, although under scaffolding, looked really pretty, but you classroom was so small. I am assuming that is because of you course and that other classrooms are much bigger. I very much enjoyed the fact that there are pictures of you and your friends outside, in a public, in the middle of the day, drinking. Now I understand why you like it there so much. The random military procession, a bit scary. I do expect you to one day be living in the Winter Palace so that I may come and live with you there. I call the east wing.

I remember my other tidbit of news: I got my photos from New Year's developed and they're fantastic.

It went up again!!! Those jerks. It’s a good thing you told me cause usually I only bring the exact change. Luckily Union station only has a country style, so that’s where I went today. I was running a little late so I couldn’t stop at Tim’s this morning. Don’t they know I’m a starving student and my change is important to me?

Bad news. Tim Horton's has raised the price of their coffee yet again. It's now $1.25 for a medium. Jaclyn I'm sure you at least share my pain over this.
I think I had some other news to report but now I can't remember it. I'll keep you posted.

Actually Ashley, you would be surprised at home many books actually cannot be taken out of my library. It's because it is so easy to steal books at Waterloo, so a lot of books end up as "missing" or "lost". So books that are now out of print or really hard to find other copies of generally must stay in the library.
Anyway, I hear you guys had a good time on Friday. And Niamh I think you will quite enjoy the present I got you...

So Stevie, where were you Friday night, huh, I called and I called and I called (well really I only called once...but I let it ring a hundred times)? You best have a good excuse...and that does not inlcude having some essay due that requires library books which conveniently cannot be taken out. You missed out on some good ass chocolate cake that "Jaclyn" made, and also lots of drunken funess ofcourse. I will accept no excuses when Jaclyn's birthday comes around.
